A parent-hosted tradition for the Class of 2027

One night.
Every senior.

After graduation, our seniors deserve one last night to celebrate together as a class. Safe, joyful, and planned by the parents who know them best. Buy your senior's ticket, make a gift, and help us make it the best Grad Nite ever.

One class, one night, every year.

The tradition

One last night as a class

Some of our seniors have been Tartans since they were three years old. Others joined us as juniors or seniors. On Grad Nite, none of that matters. It is the one evening when the entire Class of 2027 celebrates together, one final time, at a parent-planned party held the night of graduation.

🎓

A night to remember

An evening designed by parents who know this class, filled with food, activities, and the kind of memories that last far longer than the tassels.

🛡️

Safe and chaperoned

Graduation night is one of the riskiest nights of the year for teens. Grad Nite gives every senior a safe, supervised place to celebrate with friends, with round-trip bus transportation included.

🤝

Everyone belongs

Our goal is simple: every senior at Grad Nite. Ticket sales and gifts from families together are what make that possible.

100%
Participation in fundraising
100%
Attendance at Grad Nite

Two goals. One unforgettable night.

When every family participates, at whatever level is right for them, we do more than fund an event. We show our seniors that the entire Tartan community is behind them, and we make it possible for the whole class to celebrate together.

Where we stand

Watch the night come together

Every ticket and every gift moves the bar. Here is where the Class of 2027 stands today.

Each cap is a senior in the Class of 2027. A cap lights up when that senior's ticket is in. Our goal is to light up all 112.

Tickets

Reserve your senior's spot

Grad Nite tickets are live! Every senior needs a ticket to attend. Lock in the early-bird rate of $395 now, before the price goes up to $450 on March 15. Want to help make the night unforgettable? You can buy tickets for your senior's friends, or add a gift to your ticket payment to support the class.

$395 per senior, early-bird $450 starting March 15

A ticket covers your senior's full evening, including round-trip bus transportation. Pay through Venmo or Zelle, and in the note write Ticket followed by the full name of the senior it is for, so we can add them to the list. Buying more than one ticket? List every senior who should receive one.

Payment details are just below, behind the class password.

The true cost of the event is $536 per senior at 100% participation. Tickets cover part of it. Gifts from families and friends cover the rest, which is why both matter.

Ways to give

Close the gap for the whole class

With 112 seniors at $536 each, the night comes to $60,000. Tickets get us part of the way there. Every gift, at every level, brings us closer to a fully funded night for the whole class. Gifts of $600 or more include your senior's ticket, so one payment can cover both.

Where does the money go? Grad Nite is a big production, and the budget reflects it: an exclusive venue reserved for Tartans only, round-trip charter buses, security, insurance, food, and activities that keep 112 seniors celebrating from 10:30 PM until 4:30 AM. Our $60,000 goal is in line with what Grad Nite has cost in each of the past three years. The event is planned and run entirely by parent volunteers, so every dollar goes to the night, not to overhead.

How to pay

Two easy ways to give

Tickets and gifts both go through Venmo or Zelle. To keep the committee's payment details away from bots and scammers, they are behind a class password. You will find it in the committee's email, or email us at the committee email and we will send it right over.

Questions

Good to know

Why do we host Grad Nite?

One last celebration. It is a special chance for our seniors to spend one final night together as a graduating class. Seniors from past years say it is a night not to miss, and we intend to keep it that way.

A safe night of fun. After a demanding year of studying, finals, AP exams, and college applications, our seniors deserve a chance to let loose and celebrate. Grad Nite gives them the freedom to have a great time with their friends in a safe, supervised environment, and gives parents peace of mind.

When is Grad Nite?

Saturday, June 5, following graduation, from approximately 10:30 PM to 4:30 AM. Seniors will have time to enjoy dinner with their families, change, and head to the bus pickup location.

Where will it be?

It is a surprise! The destination stays a secret until the seniors arrive. It makes the night even more exciting, and it is a tradition, too.

How do seniors get there?

Round-trip bus transportation is included in the cost of your ticket. Seniors must be dropped off and picked up by an adult at a designated location near the school. They will not be permitted to drive themselves.

What is expected from parents?

Encourage your senior to attend and not miss this unforgettable night. Then buy your ticket and make your gift as soon as possible so the parent volunteers can plan. The committee needs to place a deposit to secure the venue by December 15.

Is Grad Nite a school event?

No. Grad Nite is planned, funded, and run entirely by parent volunteers. It is not a school-sponsored event, though it is a beloved tradition for our graduating seniors.

What does a ticket include?

A ticket covers your senior's full evening, including round-trip bus transportation. Tickets are $395 at the early-bird rate and $450 starting March 15.

The true cost of the night is $536 per senior at full participation, so a ticket alone does not cover it. Gifts from families and friends close that gap, which is why we ask every family to consider both a ticket and a gift. Gifts of $600 or more include your senior's ticket.

Is my gift or ticket tax deductible?

No. Grad Nite is run by parent volunteers and is not a registered charity, so gifts and ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

What if I can only give a small amount?

Every gift matters, and every gift counts toward our 100% participation goal. Choose the amount that is right for your family and know that it makes a difference.

Who do I contact with questions?

Email the committee at the committee email and a parent volunteer will get back to you.
